Welcome to the first issue of Magic Monthly, the official newsletter of Magical Girl Confessions Forum. In here, we'll go over monthly news, events, awards, and other fun stuff!

To start off, we opened for Beta testing on October 6. A day later, on the 7th, we opened up to the public. Within days, we had achieved over 150 posts in more than 50 topics! We've kept growing steadily, adding images, a chat room, and new members.

Speaking of new members, our founding group consists of LoveLoveLovix, Karmillina, tylanni, Kyouko, Dolce, Riyana, serepuff, Sparklysloth, KagayakuTsumaru, flower-strike, WillowMarith, AverageGuy, VisualSpiff, cattee, KinomiyaMichiru, elsa-maria, bubblemei, Saix, kasumagic, Galaxia, michura, Pretty_JuuJuu and SleepyKiks. Thanks for being there from the very start, everyone!

We celebrated several birthdays this month, one for Riyna, one for KagayakuTsumaru, one for AverageGuy, and one for Dolce! May you guys have great years.

On our main site, we saw the tail end of the September Trivia Riddle Events! Only four people got all five. The answers, in order, were Madoka Magica, Pretty Cure, Winx Club, Princess Tutu, and Sailor Moon.

We also saw an art contests as an event for the beginning month of October! It gave all competitors a random prompt and had them draw the magical girl based on that. Some of those submissions were brilliant enough that it'd be great to see them get shows of their own. What an amazing contest! Congrats to bigfatbeckoningcat, who designed our winning magical girl Chibi Angel Chi, also known as TenChi or the Lilypad Princess. And good work and a big magical thank you to anyone and everyone who participated!

Then was our mascot contest! The winner designed the mascot to be used for Altarie's face in the roleplay, and for our site banner. Well... they were supposed to, but nobody entered! Where is everybody?

We also have a mini-trivia event just for the forum. If you can name (in order) the full title of each show with an image used in this newsletter, you win! Easy peasy, huh?

The insanely hilarious thread for posting MLP:FiM memes is our thread of the month! Check it out for a good laugh, especially if you're a Brony or Pegasister!

Speaking of Links, our MotM is one! Link is a great poster with unique ideas and tons of cool memes and videos. He stays active even when nobody else does, has a great sense of humor, and some amazing ideas! Be sure to befriend KagayakuTsumaru!
